About Spicy Reads
Original romance. A little more information before you fall in.
Spicy Reads is a reading app for adults 18 and older. Our official website is spicyreads.co. The catalog brings together original romance novels and single-chapter Spicy Shorts, with 40 published stories represented on this website.
Find a story that fits your mood
Browse by trope, heat, and format. Each book page includes its premise, credited pen name, heat rating, and available reading-time information. Our pen-name pages collect those credits and reader promises in one place.
See the heat before you start
A book-level spice rating helps you compare stories. Chapter Spice Maps, where available, show how the heat changes as you read. The spice-rating guide explains how to use the two together.
Read with your people
Circles let friends read together and react as they go. The app also includes world guides designed to introduce names, places, and rules as you reach them in the story.
How access works
The website is for discovering books. Reading happens in the app, and early access is opening in batches. Joining the waitlist is free; it does not promise an immediate invitation or free access to every book. Confirming your email saves your place.
